Shelly has close to 10 years of experience to her role in HR and/or People Management. Her focus areas being HR Operations, Learning & Development and HR Analytics.

Shelly has previously been a part of organisations such as Alstom, WSP, COWI, and Hexagon Geosystems. She has worked both with operations in India and the Middle East. Shelly has a proven record of being instrumental in building several people centric policies, processes, and practices. She has also created SoPs and guidelines as part of her roles.

Her personal interests include travelling, singing, swimming and reading non-fictional. She was a national level handball and basketball player.
