Shruti is an early-career development professional with experience in rural development, policy, and community-led change. She began her journey in the development sector through the SBI Youth for India Fellowship, where she worked on youth engagement, employment, and governance initiatives in rural Tamil Nadu. She now focuses on research related to rural development and public policy.

Shruti brings a strong interest in understanding grassroots systems and enabling community-driven solutions. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring pop culture, reading niche topics, and often finds herself diving into internet subcultures and decoding the cultural zeitgeist—one meme at a time.
