Siddharth Dhote is a researcher specialising in data-driven analysis of social and economic issues in India. His work focuses on areas such as social justice, poverty, inequality, employment, and labour markets, using quantitative and analytical approaches to generate insights for policy and development practice.

Previously, Siddharth worked as a Senior Research Associate at the Institute for Human Development (IHD), New Delhi. He has co-authored the book Predicting Inequality of Opportunity and Poverty in India Using Machine Learning published by Springer and has contributed articles to leading journals including Economic and Political Weekly (EPW), Social Indicators Research, Journal of Nutrition, and the Indian Journal of Labour Economics.
