Sreya is a public policy professional with three years of experience working across research and policy institutions. She has worked with organisations such as the Institute of Management in Government and the Centre for Development Studies, contributing to research and initiatives in public policy and governance. She is also a Government of India certified trainer and has gained hands-on experience in public finance and policy research through internships with the Gulati Institute of Finance and Taxation and the Centre for Innovation, Intellectual Property, and Competition.

Beyond her professional work, Sreya has a strong inclination toward the arts and creative pursuits. She enjoys teaching, dancing, singing, writing, and reading, and describes herself as a “right-brain enthusiast” who enjoys exploring new creative outlets.
