Suparna Diwakar is a co-founder of the Indian School of Development Management (ISDM) and previously served as Dean of Research and Academics. She teaches the course Perspectives on Scale and brings over three decades of experience in the development sector, beginning her career with MYRADA.

Over the years, she has led and managed multiple initiatives with organisations such as Adamya Chetana, the Centre for Leadership and Management in Public Services, the Karnataka Department of Public Instruction, and the Indian Institute of Science. Her work spans curriculum development, teaching, programme design, project implementation, corporate training, and collaborative initiatives with institutions such as TISS, The Teacher Foundation, ABB, Azim Premji Foundation, and UNICEF. She has also published papers on academic leadership, management, and governance.
