Suparna Diwakar brings over three decades of experience in the development sector, beginning her career with MYRADA.

Her work spans curriculum development, programme design, project implementation, and institutional capacity building. She has led and managed initiatives with organisations such as Adamya Chetana, the Centre for Leadership and Management in Public Services, the Karnataka Department of Public Instruction, and the Indian Institute of Science, and has collaborated with institutions including TISS, The Teacher Foundation, ABB, Azim Premji Foundation, and UNICEF.

She has also published on academic leadership, management, and governance. At ISDM, she also teaches the course Perspectives on Scale.
