Urvi brings over 17 years of diverse professional experience across economic research, consulting, and development. She previously worked as an Economist at Willis Towers Watson, a global advisory firm, and later served as a consultant with RTI International, USA. Over the years, she has contributed to research and policy discussions on economic and development issues and has been invited to speak at the Global Economic Symposium.

Urvi’s research interests focus on human capital management and have been published in both local and international journals. She is particularly passionate about generating actionable knowledge on effective philanthropy and enabling philanthropic efforts to drive sustainable social change and promote upward mobility for underserved communities.
