Arun Maira is a thought leader and writer on leadership and transformational change, with experience across the private and public sectors.

He spent 25 years with the Tata Group, including serving on the Board of Tata Motors, and was Chairman of Boston Consulting Group India for eight years. From 2009 to 2014, he served as a Member of the Planning Commission of India, where he worked on strategies related to industrialisation and urbanisation.

His work now focuses on how institutions across sectors can collaborate to drive inclusive growth and long-term development in India, including leading participative scenario-building initiatives with organisations such as the Confederation of Indian Industry and the World Economic Forum.
