Pearl Tiwari is a social development professional with over 37 years of experience across academia, NGOs, and corporate social responsibility initiatives. She currently serves as President (CSR & Sustainability) at Ambuja Cements Limited and as Director and CEO of the Ambuja Cement Foundation.

Since joining Ambuja in 2000, she has played a key role in building and expanding the Ambuja Cement Foundation from a small initiative into a large development organisation with nearly 1,000 professionals working across 50 districts in 11 states in India. She contributes as a guest speaker for the course Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability.
