Naghma Abidi brings over 25 years of experience working with and advising social purpose organisations, alongside teaching at leading institutions. She is part of the founding team and board of Rubaroo, Hyderabad, a trustee at Had Anhad, Indore, and Director at Social Synergy Foundation, Mumbai—organisations that work with young people and support the growth of small and mid-sized non-profits in India.

Her field experience informs her teaching across institutions such as the Delhi School of Social Work, School of Planning & Architecture, Ambedkar University Delhi, and the University of Pittsburgh. Her work focuses on designing and facilitating learning experiences, and she has mentored young leaders and youth-led organisations across contexts through her association with Pravah.
