Roopa Sharma brings experience in designing and implementing programmes with a focus on gender inclusion and social impact. Her work spans programme design, fundraising, and execution across development contexts.

She is the founder of iStreeling, an initiative focused on empowering marginalised communities through an intersectional feminist lens. She has previously worked as a Senior Program Officer at QUEST Alliance, where she engaged with NGO leaders and ITI principals to advance gender awareness and inclusive practices.

Her work has been recognised by The Better India for its contribution to improving livelihoods in Madhya Pradesh.
